Subject: Regarding the Application Guidelines for the Ministry of Education’s 2025 Teaching Practice Research Program Proposal Consultation Service, organized by the Northern Regional Base. Please kindly inform faculty members within your institution.
Explanations:
This program is implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s 2025 Teaching Practice Research Program Regional Base Plan.
The stated guidelines make use of the resources of the regional base to provide one-on-one consultation services for writing Teaching Practice Research Program proposals, in order to improve both application quality and approval rates.
Mode of implementation: Online or in-person one-on-one consultation.
Application eligibility: (1) Applicants must be full-time faculty members of accredited universities and colleges nationwide who meet the eligibility requirements of the Teaching Practice Research Program. (2) Applicants must be preparing to submit a proposal for the 2026 (Year 115) Teaching Practice Research Program of the Ministry of Education. (3) Each applicant may apply for consultation up to two times in total (including consultations with other regional bases). Applicants must complete and submit the consultation record and feedback form from the previous session before applying for the next consultation. (4) Priority will be given to members of cross-university faculty communities of this base and to faculty members who have not previously been approved for a Teaching Practice Research Program. (5) Applications must be submitted through the Google Form by November 30, 2025 (Sunday): https://forms.gle/j9WBhZRfAhJHLgoV9. Applicants will be notified of the consultation matching results via email. (6) Consultation period: October 1, 2025 (Wednesday) – December 7, 2025 (Sunday).
