112th Year Ministry of Education Subsidy for Smart Innovation Key Talent Advancement Program Application Guidelines
A. This program is conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education Subsidy for Promoting Humanities and Technology Education Pilot Program Guidelines."
B. The purpose of this application guideline is to encourage higher education institutions to deepen the software learning experience for students in non-IT fields, cultivate smart innovation cross-domain potential talent, and develop an ecosystem for smart innovation software creation. It aims to foster cross-domain software service practitioners and systematically train students to become forward-thinking talent in open-source software creation using an open-source software development model.
C. Application Method: No documents are required. Please complete the online application and upload the electronic version of the project proposal (after obtaining the required seal) to the project’s online application/review system by **November 14, 2022 (Monday)**. Late submissions will not be accepted.
