Subject: The Teaching Development Center of our university is organizing a Teacher Competency Series Lecture. We kindly request your assistance in announcing this event and encouraging faculty and students from your school to register and participate. Please take note.

Description :

A. The Teaching Development Center is committed to strengthening the professional growth of teachers. Through this lecture series, the center aims to promote the exchange of experiences among teachers, enhance their competencies, and improve student learning outcomes. This event has been organized with the goal of fostering professional development and collaboration among educators.

B. This semester, four workshop lectures will be organized under the two main themes of "Teaching Practice" and "Classroom Management". The event details are as follows:

1. "Research Ethics in Teaching Practice Research Program"
   Speaker: Professor Gan Zhen-Rong, National Cheng Kung University
   Date: October 14 (Monday), 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
   Venue: 3rd Floor Music Hall, Shangzhi Educational Memorial Research Center
2. "Innovative Teaching and Curriculum Design Experience Sharing in Teaching Practice and Management"
   Speaker: Professor Lin Liang-Yang, National Kaohsiung Normal University
   Date: October 17 (Thursday), 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
   Venue: 3rd Floor Music Hall, Shangzhi Educational Memorial Research Center
3. "University Classroom Management and Teacher-Student Interaction"
   Speaker: Professor Zhang Min-Jie, National Taiwan Normal University
   Date: October 21 (Monday), 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
   Venue: Room 106, Shangzhi Educational Memorial Research Center
4. "Mental Strategies for Classroom Management"
   Speaker: Professor Guo Ye-Zhen, National Taipei University of Education
   Date: November 12 (Tuesday), 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
