To assist faculty in developing high-quality courses and innovative teaching to enhance teaching effectiveness, the operational aspects are as follows:

Organize activities such as cross-disciplinary teaching development seminars, service learning teacher workshops, and seminars. At the same time, strengthen the mentoring system for new teachers, combining departments to organize observation and workshops for specialized course teaching, and fostering communication between teachers from different departments.

Examples include organizing new teacher workshops/orientation events, implementing the Art Teaching Innovation Project (from the 104-1 semester to the 107-1 semester), and carrying out the Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project, among others.

Establish a professional art exchange and sharing community for teachers, creating an environment and resource system that supports the development of teaching.
