With a focus on supporting cross-disciplinary innovative courses, and a strategy to assist in the development of courses, course groups, and teaching, the goal is to integrate resources such as teaching workshops, teaching assistants, digital teaching and learning technologies, and the publication of teaching outcomes. This approach aims to empower teachers to play a crucial role in driving course innovation and fostering student-driven learning.

The approach is as follows:

  1. Conducting Workshops for New Teachers, Sharing Excellence in Teaching, and Organizing Teaching Observations and Activities:
    • Continue organizing workshops for new teachers, utilizing the teacher community platform developed in earlier stages to help new teachers start their teaching careers at the university.
    • Additionally, plan special interviews with past outstanding teachers, inviting them to share their teaching experiences. These will be published in small booklets and audiovisual formats to create a teaching archive for the university's art faculty, preserving and passing on their teaching philosophies and experiences.
  2. To align with the development of course groups, resources will be integrated to support faculty in developing courses and teaching. Efforts will be made to actively promote and support the development of cross-school, cross-humanities, and cross-technology innovative course groups across faculties and the General Education Center. Additionally, relevant teaching and learning resources will be integrated, including subsidies for course TAs, to meet the specific needs of each course group.
